Conditions of Use

01 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply throughout all sections of this document:

• "Platform" means the jilibs website at jilibs.net, including all subpages, mobile interfaces, game lobbies, cashier systems, and support portals operated by the Company.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a User following successful completion of the registration and KYC verification process.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player and held in their jilibs Account for the purpose of wagering on available games.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account under the terms of a specific promotion, which are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" or "Know Your Customer" means the identity and age verification process required before a Player may make deposits, withdrawals, or access certain account features.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Balance must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region where access to, or participation in, online casino gaming is prohibited by applicable law, including but not limited to jurisdictions outside the Philippines where such activity is not permitted.
• "GCash" and "Maya" mean the respective Philippine e-wallet payment services operated by third-party providers, which are supported as deposit and withdrawal methods on the Platform.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jilibs Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you irrevocably confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. This acceptance is deemed to occur at the earliest of the following events: (a) clicking any "I Agree," "Register," or "Sign In" button on the Platform; (b) completing the Account registration flow; or (c) making your first deposit or wager.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have full legal authority to bind that person or entity to this Agreement. jilibs reserves the right to request evidence of such authority at any time.

03 Eligibility & Age Requirement

Participation in real-money gaming on jilibs is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. This age restriction is imposed in compliance with Philippine regulations governing casino-style gambling and is non-negotiable.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and other legal entities are not eligible to hold player accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, consultant, officer, or director of jilibs, or an immediate family member of any such person, unless express written consent has been obtained from jilibs management.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by jilibs or by any regulatory body, that is currently in effect at the time of registration or play.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.

04 Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on jilibs at any time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or otherwise fraudulent accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in all such accounts being suspended pending investigation, with any associated balances subject to forfeiture.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and email address as registered with your GCash or Maya account where applicable. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date at all times.

4.2 KYC Verification

Before processing your first withdrawal — and at jilibs's discretion at any point during your use of the Platform — you will be required to complete KYC verification by submitting the following documents:

• A valid, government-issued Philippine photo ID (accepted IDs include: Philippine Passport, SSS/UMID, PhilSys National ID, Driver's License, PRC ID, Voter's ID, or Postal ID)
• Proof of address dated within the last 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of your GCash or Maya account showing your registered name and mobile number)

jilibs processes KYC submissions within 1–3 business days. Incomplete or unclear submissions will be returned for resubmission. Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until KYC is satisfactorily completed.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. jilibs strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP. Any activity conducted through your account — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — will be treated as authorized by you unless you notify jilibs support immediately upon becoming aware of unauthorized access.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

jilibs accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). jilibs does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

GCash and Maya deposits typically reflect in your jilibs Real Money Balance within 60 seconds. Bank transfers via InstaPay may take up to 30 minutes depending on your bank's processing times. 7-Eleven CLiQQ payments reflect within 1 hour of successful payment confirmation at the store terminal.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the account holder. jilibs does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timelines are as follows:

• GCash / Maya: Minimum ₱100 — processed within 15 minutes on average
• BPI / BDO / Metrobank: Minimum ₱500 — processed within 1–3 banking hours
• InstaPay: Minimum ₱200 — processed within 30 minutes

Withdrawals requested outside of Philippine banking hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) may experience additional processing delays for bank transfer methods. GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed 24/7.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on jilibs are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). jilibs does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any foreign currency transactions initiated through a payment provider will be subject to that provider's prevailing exchange rate and conversion fees, for which jilibs bears no responsibility.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

jilibs offers a range of bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified in the specific promotion's terms and conditions:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be completed before any portion of the Bonus Balance — or winnings derived from it — may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps are specified on the individual promotion page at the time the bonus is claimed.
• Bonuses are valid for one (1) per player, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim multiple instances of the same bonus through duplicate accounts or shared payment methods will be considered a violation of this Agreement.
• jilibs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that modifications will not retroactively affect bonuses already in active use by a Player.
• Bonus funds credited in error must be reported to jilibs support immediately. jilibs reserves the right to reclaim any erroneously credited bonus funds from a Player's balance.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.

jilibs's promotions are designed for Filipino players engaging in recreational gaming. Players identified as engaging in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or other exploitative behaviors — whether individually or in coordination with others — will have their bonus eligibility revoked and may face account suspension.

07 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the jilibs Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In addition, the following general gameplay terms apply across all game categories:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Players may not cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted by the game system.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical interruption mid-game, jilibs's server-side game state record shall be the authoritative record of the bet outcome. jilibs is not liable for losses attributable to a Player's own internet connectivity issues.
• Random Number Generator (RNG) games are certified by independent testing laboratories. Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios with professionally trained dealers.
• The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are disclosed within the game information panel. RTPs represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. In-play (live) betting odds reflect real-time match conditions and may be suspended at any time at jilibs's discretion.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently voided — due to cancellation, insufficient play time, or technical error — will be refunded as a stake return to the Player's Real Money Balance.
• For online sabong, jilibs follows the match results as declared by the accredited sabong operator providing the live stream. All meron/wala/draw determinations are final as declared by the pit master.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jilibs Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, submitting forged or altered identity documents, or misrepresenting your age, identity, or eligibility.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players in any game mode — including live dealer tables — to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using betting patterns designed to exploit bonus wagering requirements, or any other form of systematic bonus exploitation.
• Money Laundering: Using the jilibs Platform to deposit, layer, or extract proceeds of criminal activity, or to circumvent Philippine AMLA reporting obligations.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any software that automates gameplay decisions, bet placement, or account interactions.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks with your payment provider after funds have been credited to your jilibs Account and used for wagering.
• System Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, errors in displayed odds, or pricing mistakes to place bets at incorrect values. Any winnings derived from exploiting known system errors are not payable and will be reversed.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to your jilibs Account by any person under 21 years of age.

09 Responsible Gaming

jilibs is committed to providing a safe, responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. It is not a reliable source of income, and no Player should wager money they cannot afford to lose.

All jilibs Account holders have access to the following responsible gaming tools directly within Account Settings, at no cost and without requiring contact with support:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits
• Session time alerts and automatic logout after a specified play duration
• Loss limits to cap the amount that can be lost within a set period
• Cool-off periods ranging from 24 hours to 30 days
• Self-exclusion (temporary from 1 month to 1 year, or permanent)
• Reality check reminders that display time-on-site alerts during active sessions
• Account activity summaries showing spend and session history

Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the jilibs Platform — including but not limited to the jilibs brand name, logo, jeepney-inspired visual design language, text content, game thumbnails, promotional graphics, software, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of jilibs or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This license does not extend to:

• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any Platform content without jilibs's prior written consent
• Creating derivative works based on jilibs's design language, visual identity, or brand assets
• Scraping, crawling, or extracting data from the Platform for commercial purposes
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the Platform

Game content available through the jilibs lobby is licensed from third-party providers including JILI, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and other studios. All third-party intellectual property rights remain with their respective owners.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilibs's total liability to any Player for any claim arising from or relating to this Agreement or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jilibs shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — for any of the following categories of loss, even if jilibs was advised of the possibility of such losses:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or anticipated savings
• Loss or corruption of game data due to network interruptions
• Indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages
• Losses arising from a Player's reliance on information displayed on the Platform that was subsequently found to be erroneous due to a technical error
• Losses caused by events outside jilibs's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, power outages, natural disasters, government actions, or third-party payment provider outages

The Platform and all games are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While jilibs makes reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access and reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance at any time.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

12.1 Suspension by jilibs

jilibs reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Account at any time and without prior notice if we reasonably suspect — or have evidence of — any of the following: a breach of this Agreement; fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity; KYC non-compliance; suspicious financial transactions; or any other activity that poses a risk to jilibs, other Players, or the integrity of the Platform.

During a suspension, the Player's ability to deposit, withdraw, or place wagers will be temporarily disabled pending investigation. jilibs will endeavor to resolve suspension investigations within 14 business days, during which the affected Player may submit relevant evidence to [email protected] for review.

12.2 Account Closure by Player

Players may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting jilibs support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Any remaining Real Money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's verified payment method. Bonus Balances that have not met wagering requirements are forfeited upon account closure.

12.3 Consequences of Termination for Breach

If jilibs closes an Account due to a confirmed material breach of this Agreement — including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or underage gambling — jilibs reserves the right to withhold and forfeit the entire Account balance, including Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance, and to pursue all available legal remedies.

13 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute relating to a game outcome, transaction, promotion, or account decision, Players must follow the jilibs internal dispute resolution procedure before seeking any external remedy:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your dispute in writing to the jilibs support team via live chat or email at [email protected], providing your Account ID, the date and time of the disputed event, and a clear description of your complaint.
2. Step 2 — Initial Response: jilibs will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days. Complex disputes involving game log review may take up to 10 business days.
3. Step 3 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may request escalation to jilibs's senior compliance team, which will conduct an independent review and respond within a further 10 business days.

jilibs's server-side game logs and transaction records are the authoritative source of truth for all dispute investigations. In the case of discrepancies between a Player's recollection and jilibs's records, the server records shall prevail.

14 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal procedure described in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

jilibs operates in the Philippine online gaming market and acknowledges the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) as it applies to online gaming operations serving Filipino players. Players are encouraged to be aware of their own local laws regarding online gambling prior to registering an Account.

15 Amendments to This Agreement

jilibs reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, jilibs will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to the address registered on your Account, and a prominent notice will be displayed on the Platform upon login.

Your continued use of the jilibs Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.2.

The version of this Agreement currently displayed on the jilibs website at jilibs.net/terms-conditions is the version in effect. Previous versions are archived and available upon request by contacting support.
